Happy New Year 2009!!! Farewell Year 2008..lots of memories, both happy and sad..they're simply unforgettable..
Memories that are made to be treasured.. 2008 was another crazy year for me but I had no regret simply enjoying every bit of my adolescence. *big grin*
Last year (whooahooo..sounded so long ago *lol*) found new friends, lost a few friends along the way..got graduated (this surprised me as well *lol*) but hey! I guess I deserve it 'cos I did work hard for it or should I say in full exertion..with lots of sleepless nights, brain going ga-ga very often, less love life (hahahahahaa) deducting the retail therapy sessions as well as the gossips part (hahahaha) and the unavoidable functions (*sigh*) which always managed to keep me occupied. I have a very long list of sweet memories, too sweet that I decided to keep it to myself..
But with all that madness rushed here and there, whats most important was I'm happy with my life although I rants most of the time..hahahahaha but then again I think its normal aite! *grin* C'mon life without rant is simply boring. I mean you gotta add up various colours in life otherwise it's just feel so annoyingly empty..haaahaaahaaa
So pepz, how's your new year celebration went? Mine was the usual pyrotechnics & lots of partying..I'm sure ditto at your place too, aite!
My new year's eve got a little bit scratchy 'cos I let a friend wasted three hours of his time waiting for me (*sobsss*) Well, its unintentionally actually as I didn't know that he's gonna had time for me with all the chaos of New Year's eve, I thought that he'd be spending his time outside with his friends. Besides, no prior arrangement was made between us to meet up that day.*sigh*
But then again I just felt so damn sad 'cos I don't like the waiting games and like hell I don't like to keep people waiting too, especially a friend. More over that period was just too long a time to waste on me..hurmmmmm..feels like I just didn't deserve all that sweet attention.
I'm very impressed with his patience though 'cos I know that I'll be damn annoyed if I were to wait for somebody that long. (*sigh deeply*) I guess I should be thankful and feel really bless to have such friend. Thank you for being my sweet friend! (xoxo *huge hugz* just for you dearest friend..)
Earlier that day I was out with my friends hunting for attires to wear that evening. Oh you know for the new year's eve celebration thingy. It's really ironic as usually I would stay online through my cellular but not on that day. I don't no why..maybe because I was so anxiously excited to look my best that evening. *sigh*
Its ironically true isn't it what the saying said when at the inception you're too happy and excited at the end of the day for some reason you're bound to feel sad and cry. Weird but it's true..I was down that afternoon when I found out that a friend was waiting for so long just to say hello. I'm terribly sorry dear friend, please accept my apology!
What a way to start the new year aite! Almost didn't go out that evening, felt so indolence after what happened that afternoon. But my bff managed to convinced me, so i did went and join the other in ushering the new year. But..I didn't wore that dress that I just bought earlier that day instead I just wore something casual. Just didn't have the will to party that night but I had fun though and glad to be at the celebration site..Thank you all for cheering me up!!!
On the first day in 2009, I was glad that I'm able to make it up to him. We managed to spend times for a few hours and glad that we made an arrangement the day before but I felt guilty that I take up so much of his time when he's supposed to have his rest at that hour. I hope he's as happy as I am to be able to spend time and share few story and thoughts with a friend. Well, at least I did have a great time and enjoy the company..hope and wish it'll never end (*grin*)..thank you for the laughter..grateful that we're friends!
The New Year is traditionally a time to self-evaluate and recommit to good habits. So my bff asked why not commit to the health of our love life at the same time? Thus declaring this year to be the year they'll get their love life they've always wanted (*lol*). Keep what's working, get rid of whatever (whoever) isn't, recognize what we want and go after it, that's what they said (lol). Damn!!! really wish it's as easy as saying it out loud..hahaahaahaaaaa
Folks, don't let today's disappointments cast a shadow on tomorrow's dreams..and remember the only place where dreams are impossible is in your mind!
Welcome 2009..so long 2008..good bye with love sincerely from ME..May this year bring us even more happiness and success..I hope I have the will and strength to indulge myself and open up my heart when I get the opportunity to meet with my true love and pray that he'll be my companion for life..Amen! (giggles)
